My Father Last Day
I am sad to report that my father passed away on the morning of August 4, 2008 at 8:21 a.m. I stayed with him until the end just like I had promise him. I never left his side, my hero; my life’s foundation is gone. I know I shouldn’t cry I know he is in a better place. He left with peace and tranquility, and he fought until the end with honor. If any of you had met my father you to would have considered him a best friend. He truly loved life and he showed it. He never wasted a minute he enjoyed every second. There weren’t many times that I remember seeing him upset or mad. Those words were not in his vocabulary he was a jolly old man. The time he spent at the hospital, all the nurses and doctors love his great enthusiasm towards life. I am going to miss my old man, but I feel a bit of closure that he will be with God and he will be happy.
