After a month in a half we finally close escrow on a home my husband and I purchase.  I kind of  say it sarcastically because escrow was supposed to have close about a month ago and did not happen.  The house we bought was in foreclosure, and the real state agentinformed us that foreclosure escrow usually closes within days, especially if the payment is going to be cash.  Some of the problems we were confronted with was  people who had no customer service whatsoever staring with the listing agent who was always to busy.  The times we were on the phone with the listing agent he sounded like he was at the playground instead of an office.  I am just glad that is a done deal and I am happy with my new home…..
