My niece had a little gathering on Saturday for her birthday. My husband, the kids, and I went to the party and we had a wonderful time. Although there was something that happen taht I can take off my head, as I was sitting next to my niece she touch my stomach and had a strange look in her face. Well, my niece is not slim at all she actually gain weight when she had her first child. So I was surprise when she touched my stomach as if she wanted to tell me I was fat. Yes, I am on the heavy side but I am not as big as her. I just did not like her facial expression how dare she do that when she is bigger than me. If she was slim or lighter than me I would probably not have a problem but not when she is twice as my size.

We think we finally found someone that is hopefully going to help us with our mortgage problems. We were refer to this company who does modifications on home loans. They work with lawyer who helps to renegotiate home loans. Our goal is to lower our interest if that happens we will be okay affording our home mortgage. We never thought it would come down to this point, but we guess things do happen without planning. We are still able to pay our mortgage, but it is very tight. We have never been the kind of people to spend a lot of money on vacations or on unnecessary expenses so it does help. We just really hope that the problem gets resolve although we know is a long process. Hopefully our wait will pay off.

Well, who does like to hear the truth about stuff. I know I don’t like to hear other people’s opinion if I know I am wrong. Well, it seems that one of my friends hates it more than other people but she asks for it. She came in the other day telling me one of her friends is no longer talking to her. When I ask why she said because I am hanging around one of her friends. I told her if they were at least invinting her to make her feel part of the group. She said no we don’t invite her. Then I proceed to tell her that she was a mean friend, of course, she did not like it. I advice her that if she wanted to be friends with her both of them should include her in their plans.

i had never heard of someone negotiating the rent for an aparment until know. My friend had a rental room and had put it on a rental listing a few hours later calls began to come in. One of those calls was of a men trying to offer her a lesser rental price and with his conditions. I had never heard or had eventhought of the renter calling the shots. My friend could not believe what she was listening to. A few hours later as my friend stood thinking about what to do about the situation someone else called and actually like the place without any problem. Boy, some people have the nerve to ask for more and more.

What in the world is really going on with all this kind of procedures? I do not seem to understand how to preceed about my home loan. I have seriously call so many people and have gone online to look for information that I am finding it very hard to trust people. What am I trying to accomplish? Well, I understand that I have on equity on my home but that over a period of a year I have lost half my income. I am having a hard time paying off my bills just like half of America. I know my situation is not unique at all there are so many people going through the same problems. I keep hearing about home refinacing and home modification under the new law coming into effect on April 1st. I have call for more information, and I am getting no where. This is so consufing and so upsetting. I wish thing were a little bit more self-explanatory.

I just received my payment from Today.com, and I am so happy. Who knew I can get paid while writing about all of my fustration and daily emotions? When my friend told me about Today.com I was thrill to get started. Yes, it is not a lot of money but the way I see it the little money I get pays my internet use. Because I take classes online, its nice to have internet at home that way I can do my homework while in my pijamas. I really like this kind of blogs where everyone can express their own opinions. Some of the blogs are funny others other halirious. I love to blog, and I always have something going on in my life that I can write about.

I swear I have no luck when it comes to selling personal property. Last year when my father passes away he left me his truck. So it took me many months to get my mind straight and put it for sale. I already have enough vehicles to have one more just sitting there. I went ahead and post it on craiglist. The price was a good and I received several calls. Some did came over to see the truck, but nothing else happen after. Then I tried selling some other stuff, but it seems like I am not a good saleswoman. Is not like I am asking a lot of money for my stuff. I just don’t seem to be able to get rid of my stuff as others do. My friend had an extra crib and offered it to me. As we are talking about it and I am about to offer her some money someone immediately interrupted us and offer her more money for it??? I need to get a lucky charm or something.

I have been calling here and there trying to find the real deal. It just seems like everyone outer has their own story to tell. I have seriously call about six companies, and they all have given me different information. Where on company tells me yes the other will say no. I don’t know who to trust any more. Ther original person who did my loan informed me that there was nothing I could do at this time. Not happy with his answer I have been doing some research on my own and the other companies have said yes, you can do a mortgage adjustment. I can believe I am facing this period of time. When I bought my house I was realistic about what I could afford, but when my husband got laid off and my work hours got cut trouble started. I just hope help arrives soon. I would really hate to loose my house.

Okay, my friend is getting married in August and I know she will send let me know what stuff she needs. But in the Hispanic tradition we never register we just kind of assume people know what to get. Well, I have to be honest I am one of the worst gift giver. I never know what to give and how much to spend. One of my friends offered to help me buy something but she has a very expensive taste. I really don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars. I mean I really like my friend, but I also don’t want to go broke while buying her a gift. Since I am terrible at buying gift, I have thought of buying a gift card to her favorite store. The problem is that I don’t know how much to spend. I will keep on asking around to see what others suggest on what I should get. I have thought of just giving her one hundred dollars inside a nice card, but my friend thinks is too tacky????

My cousin daughter is getting married tomorrow, and I am so happy for her. I remember when I first met my husband. We did not get married because my parents would not allow us to. I do not blame them I was to young and really did not know much exept that I really loved my husband. Since we were not allowed to marry, we decided to run away just like Hispanic people do. Sixteen years later we are still together and we love each other even more. We are best of friends and enjoy each others company. In many ways I guess we are lucky for having each other. The hardest part was finding each other the other little problems we may have seem nonsence. Whenever we disagree we immediately make up. I love my husband. He is a great father,friend, and a hard working husband. There is nothing I could ever ask for.
